FS: STUNNING & 100% ORIGINAL BREITLING NAVITIMER 816-72

Hi,
I am selling this really stunning Breitling Navitimer 816-72 with the legendary Valjoux 72 movement.
I bought this watch from another OTD member a while ago.

"Initially the ref 816 uses the same Venus 178 movement as the previous ref 806 and the caseback was stamped "0816".
The Valjoux 72 movement was also used but in far smaller numbers and the reference on the caseback was overwritten with an obscuring pattern
and a new ref "816-72" was stamped just below the Swiss patent number on these watches.
There were no other external differences between the "0816" and "816-72" versions."

You can read more about this watch in this great review:

To makes things absolutely clear, this is the Valjoux 72 watch with the case-back that has correct "816-72" engraving.

Condition of the watch is absolutely amazing. It's very hard to find a better Navitimer 816-72 than this one.
Watch has all the original parts and is 100% untouched.

Case is just fantastic with only very few hairline scratches.
Caseback has all the correct engravings that are perfectly visible.
Black bezel is just perfect: no paint loss and no chips in the edges.

Dial and hands are just amazing. Lume on dial and hands are original and in perfect condition.
The fluo orange accents are incredibly bright; subdials are super white with the right subdial just some very fine black lines.

Mechanically the watch is working perfect: keeping extremely good time, great power reserve;
chrono functions 100%. The watch has no need for a service.

Model: Breitling Navitimer 816-72
Movement: Valjoux 72

This watch is getting hard to find and was produced in only very small numbers; Legendary Valjoux 72 movement in very good condition;
Breitling is doing pretty well lately and this watch is offering a great potential. Keep in mind that this is a big watch, so not suited for very small wrists.

Price:

option 1: Watch "head only": 2850 euros ( fully insured shipping included )
option 2: Watch with replica corfam: 2950 euros ( fully insured shipping included )
option 3: watch with an original black corfam small/big holes: 3075 euros ( fully insured shipping included )

( I give a full refund if the watch would not be as described )

Kind regards,
Bernard De Vos
