Hi,
I am selling this stunning 1968 Heuer Camaro 45 ref. 9220 NT,
manual winding cal. Valjoux 92, black dial, 37 x 37mm. case 45 min. counter.
For me it's one of my favorite Camaro models with that nice slightly tropical dial, the contrasting glossy black
subdials with concentric circles in the middle. It's very subtle and the dial is better balanced than the three register models.
Tachymeter scale on the dial.
The watch has all the original parts and for as far as I can see it's completely untouched.
The dial has that ( factory original ) slightly tropical dark brown colour and is in absolutely perfect condition.
So zero markings on the dial caused by the hands or a bad service.
Hands and hour markers have their original lume. The lume has turned into the most beautiful colour possible.
The case looks untouched to me with the sunburst graining in the upper case intact and the bevelled edges super sharp and shiny.
The case has some small scratches and little nicks but nothing really disturbing ( certainly not in real ).
( bear in mind that my pictures have a very high resolution )
Model: Heuer Camaro 45 ref. 9220 NT
Serial number: 98615
Movement: Valjoux 92
Mechanically the watch works perfect; keeps very good time; winding and setting time goes super smooth;
chrono is working and resetting perfectly.
I am pricing the watch very sharp for a quick sale; if you look around you will find out that most of these Valjoux 92
Camaro's are a lot more expensive. I am also including a super nice oak brown rally strap with big holes; for me it's a perfect fit
to this watch and accentuates the racy character of it.
Price: 3600 euros ( insured shipping and brown rally strap included )
( I give a full refund in case of any problem or if the watch would not be as described )
Best regards,
Bernard
