FSOT: 1969 Heuer Autavia ref 7763C - 3rd Execution - Single Owner

Greetings,

Up for sale is an all original and untouched 3rd Execution - 1969 Heuer Autavia Ref. 7763C purchased directly from the original owner who had it since 1970. It will include an original polaroid picture that was taken of the owner wearing the watch in 1971 and given to me along with the watch from him directly.

CASE: Unpolished case shows normal wear. Lug chamfers are all present and well defined. Certainly not a safe queen, but an excellent unmolested example. Serial and reference numbers are crisp and well defined between the lugs:

Serial number: 132*** circa 1969.
"7763"

The insert has an all even blue hue fade. Bezel rotates smoothly both ways.

Case Back has all engravings still present.

Owner stated that the watch was never serviced and thus never opened and I intend to leave it that way. No evidence of the rim of the case back being tampered with. Original plexi shows minimal wear.

DIAL/HANDS: Excellent dial has no scratches or chips. Matching Yellow tritium markers throughout. Minute hand lost some of its yellow patina. Dial and hands charge evenly under UV for a brief moment.

MOVEMENT: Valjoux 7730. Service history, none. Runs strong, keeps great time and the chrono functions as it should, resetting crisp.
BRACELET: Matching black vintage leather strap.

Plenty of World Wide references here and other watch forums and feel free to ask any questions. Plenty of additional photos just email me.
