Re: OHPF: Enicar Sherpa Dive 40mm

To be honest: Yes! It's to early and there is no reason to blame the seller at the moment, he is doing what he is capable of. The responsability is still with the shipping company.
Fact is (at least in Germany): When you hand out the parcel to the shipping company, they are in charge. So what should he do until he gets a proper answer from them (especially after 6 weeks!).
Process of investigation in this large companies are slow, you both have to live with that. I know its not cool, buts its not Martijns fault.

: When you buy an item, you expect seller to deliver the item within
: a reasonable time. Period.

: OK, as you said, things happened. But when there is a delay, you
: know the cause (eg, custome paper not proper, shipper delay,
: etc) But When the item did not get in after 6 weeks, not
: traceable and not one including seller could provide a
: satisfactory reason and furthermore you had done what you could
: locally and can't obtain the answer, you raise a concern.....I'm
: confused, is there a problem for a buyer raising a concern in
: this forum? You said six weeks is too short, so in your opinion,
: how long should I have waited before I raise a concern? You
: might know the seller is a honest person. Remember, I don't know
: the seller. Is there a problem for me to raise a concern?
