Eliot Spitzer: ChronoTool Kind of Guy!!

When he first announced his little problem, on Tuesday, it was unclear what kind of watch he was wearing (see top photo).

For today's resignation, he was wearing a large chronograph, with tri-compax configuration (bottom photos).

Everyone is seeking to identify the 5'5", 105 pound "Kristin", but who can identify this chronograph??
