For sale is a very good condition 41mm stainless steel Seiko SpeedTimer. The sale of the 139 6031 is from watch only, does not come with any box or papers. The Seiko is on an AFTERMARKET bracelet, not original to the watch or from Seiko. The is in great shape for its age, does not appear to have been polished and still has great lines. There is numerous light signs of wear, all commiserate with its age. The fixed tachymeter bezel is red from 12 nearly to the 3 hour marker, the rest in black. The bezel has numerous marks, but the red and black “coke” insert is in great shape. There are light scratches, but only a couple scuffs mar the coloring and numbers. The 5 in 56 and the 3 in 53 show some distortion, other spots are minor and in keeping with the watch’s age. The black dial is in great shape, the tritium lume is in place and glows uniformly under magnification. The internal rotating bezel is missing a little bot of the red between 40 and 35, very little though. The day and date are shown in apertures at 3, appear to be in Japanese and English. The silver circular grained chronograph minute counter has slight wear/age around its outer age, needed a loupe to see it. The central chrono second hand and minute hand at 6 are yellow, and glow vibrant yellow under a black light, but the glow does not hold, fades immediately once the light is removed. The chronograph starts, stops, resets, without issue…although the reset button ‘feels’ a bit sticky, but the chrono promptly starts when the top pushed is pushed again. The Seiko has not been serviced recently that I am aware of. The automatic 21600 vph movement has run on my wrist well, seems to running a bit low though.
Shall deliver for $700 or best offer.
All timepieces come with a 7 day ‘no questions asked’ return period- will issue 100% refund as long as the timepiece is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped out.
