Vintage 1970s Autavia 11630V Viceroy
Two Register Chronograph(and by many the FIRST Swiss Automatic Chronograph)
The Case
Classic Autavia Tonneau Case a large chronograph at 42mm in diameter (excluding crown & pushers) 47mm lug tip to lug tip with 20mm lug spacing. Usual calibre 12 "Lefty" configuration with the chronograph pushers located 2 & 4 o'clock position and the crown at 9. Original Faceted crowns correct HEUER signed crown.
Case is in ALL ORIGINAL condition unpolished with nice sharp edges and complete brushed steel radial finish to case front
The Bezel
Excellent condition correct hours / minutes bezel
A 60 click bi-directional bezel with good sharp resistance and an affirmative "Click"
The Dial
This is super classic Autavia 1163 dial classic reverse panda "Static" dial, that's to say there is no running movement in the dial without the Chrono running so continuous seconds,
A 12h counter at 9, 30min at 3 Hours and minutes are those funky "Stick" hands and red centre sweep chronograph.
Date aperture at 3.
