Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
For sale is a near mint condition 39.5mm 18 karat yellow gold Patek Philippe World Time. The 5131J-001 comes with full box and papers and stylus, just do not see the hang tag. Included in the paperwork are the outer envelope, folder, instruction manual, registration, and certificate of origin. The Patek was originally purchased in 2012 and worn in rotation with numerous other timepieces. The World Time is on its original brown alligator strap and yellow gold deployment buckle. The strap is worn, but still very useable, will work on getting a new one in for the next owner. The Patek case is in fantastic condition, the engravings at 6 and 12 on the fixed smooth bezel are still crisp and distinct. The micro-rotor inhouse 240 HU automatic movement is on display through the open case back. But, all these pale in notice and comparison when weighed against the dial. The World Time dial ‘evokes dreams of traveling’ per Patek…not sure whether it invokes that dream for me, but it certainly captures my attention and inspires wonder. The cloisonné enamel dial is truly stunning and worthy of prolonged inspection.
Shall deliver with 15 month in house warranty on the movement for $96,950.
All timepieces come with a 7 day ‘no questions asked’ return period- will issue 100% refund as long as the timepiece is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped out.
