FS: 80's Orfina Porsche Design Bund-Issued L5100 Chrono, B&P

I am offering up FS only my excellent condition German Bund-issued Orfina Porsche Design Lemania 5100 chronograph... I've owned it nearly 10 years, always loved this watch but not wearing it much at all now... time to find a good new home!

it's from the early 80's, SS sandblasted case is in excellent condition, crystal is perfect... it's the rare 'double-struck' case-back (2 NSNs, correct for this model)... dial and handset are Bund service replacements, lume is still quite good... signed PD crown, German day wheel, inner case-back shows marks from multiple Bund services... runs perfectly and keeps very good time... almost looks like a new watch on the wrist!
dimensions are: 40mm width, 44mm LTL, 14mm thick, 20mm lugs... very comfortable and wearable!

comes with original box and papers from Orfina and has the desirable stretch-clasp Orfina-signed bracelet!

prices for these chronographs have shot up lately (especially for true military-issued examples), but I'm asking a very reasonable $3000 net, shipped in the USA for this extremely cool Porsche Design Bund military-issued Lemania 5100 chronograph!

Hodinkee sold a non-issued one for $3800 recently, and there are some listed on chrono24 for ~$5000 +
