1) Vintage Calendar Watch Slava Day/Date 26 jewels SOVIET/USSR RUSSIAN
A vintage mechanical watch Slava from Russia that was approximately produced in the 1980s.
- vintage retro watch, about 40 years old. Comes with the metal bracelet (only the metal one, not the leather one). Diameter 36mm ex crown
- beautiful design: a black/bronze dial in a chrome-plated case
- viewing window showing the date and the day
- separate button at 2 o'clock for the quick change date (does not work correclty)
- 26 jewels Soviet automatic mechanism
The Slava watch is a trademark of "The Second Moscow Watch Plant". It is one of the most massive soviet watch brands, aimed at the general public. It was exported to many countries of the world and in some years exports amounted to 50% of the output.
The timekeeping works correctly, the day changes correctly around midnight, the date has trouble changing smoothly, will change, but will need to play around the crown around midnight back and forth to adjust the correct date.
2)Rare Soviet men's wristwatch VOSTOK, which were produced by Tschistopol Watch Factory in 1970s. Vostok means 'EAST' in Russian.
Tschistopol Watch Factory located in city Tschistopol, on the Kama River in the central region of the Soviet Union (800 km east of Moscow) and was founded in autumn of 1941 when evacuation of Second Moscow Watch Factory was began.
During the years of II World War factory produced watches for usage of navy, aviation and tank industry. After the end of II World War, in peace time factory mainly produces mechanical wristwatches, which become it's main production.
In 1949 the manufacturing of the watch 'Pobeda' (Victory) with a side second hand began. The "Pobeda" movement was based on the well known "Lip" R26. The name, design and characteristics of these watches were personally approved by Iosif Stalin himself.
On the international Milan`s exhibition in 1952 year Tschistopol wristwatches first got wide confession and popularity.
In 1965, the factory became an official supplier of the Soviet Union Ministry of Defense.
1968 - the manufacturing of the first Soviet diver watches AMPHIBIA stats. During `60s and `70s AMPHIBIA watches could be purchased only in special stores reserved for officers. The purchaser had to identify himself by uniform or military pass. Each Soviet town had stores which catered exclusively to the military.
This legendary watch which I offer is used, but still in excellent condition. Watch have 2403 cal., balance is shock resistant. On the dial inscriptions: 'WOSTOK', '17 rubies', 'Made in USSR'. It has a red faded 12' number. This is an old watch, works fine, but time accuracy not tested. Sold as is.

The diameter is 32.5 excluding crown, and 35 mm including the crown (it is therefore is arather medium/small size wrist watch)

5)Vintage mechanical watch Poljot with ALARM - CCCP 70 YEARS - 18 jewels
The watch has an 18 jewel calibre 2612.1 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 36mm diameter excluding the crown. The case is gold coloured.
The lens has a little light scratching but you need to look carefully to see it (has been polywatched polished by me)
The dial is signed POLJOT 18 jewels. The dial is in its original finish which has darkened a little with age.
The watch has an alarm feature which is operated via the top crown.
Watch time function and alarm function work well (time accuracy has not been tested). No information about the servicing
