Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
For sale is a near mint condition 40mm stainless steel and 18 karat yellow gold Rolex Submariner Date. The 16613 is a T serial, circa approximately 1996, is fresh from factory service with a two year warranty, and accompanied by boxes and factory service papers. While at factory service the Rolex received: a complete movement overhaul, a polishing of the case, a new crystal, a new dial, new hands, and a new bezel insert. The Submariner features a brushed steel case, which is accented by an unidirectional yellow gold divers bezel that is set with a blue insert. The Rolex is mounted on a two tone Oyster bracelet, which is secured by a safety lock deployant clasp. The bracelet contains 12 full size links and sits loose on a 7.65 inch wrist. Stretch wise, the bracelet contains minimal stretch and has been preserved well, would call it 90% plus. The Submariner features a blue sunburst dial with applied yellow gold surround luminous hour markers, polished luminous hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The 16613 uses the Rolex Calibre 3135, which features approximately 50 hours of power reserve and is COSC certified. The watch’s case is fairly thick with decent chamfers, and the bracelet has been preserved extremely well which is evident by the lack of stretch. The cornett on the clasp is slightly worn down after years of wear and a Rolex refinish, but overall clasp is free of any marks or scratches.
Shall deliver with the remainder of the factory service warranty for $9,700 plus state tax where applicable.
