For sale is an excellent condition 40mm stainless steel and 18 karat yellow gold Rolex GMT Master. The 16753 is a 9.4 million serial, circa approximately 1987, and is accompanied by boxes but no papers. The Rolex features a brushed steel case, which is accented by a fixed bidirectional yellow gold GMT bezel that is set with a burgundy and champagne colored “Rootbeer” insert. The GMT Master is mounted on an original 62523H jubilee bracelet which is secured by a deployant clasp. The bracelets end links are stamped with “50” which denotes that an original GMT Master jubilee bracelet, while the K11 clasp code correlates to the November 1986 production date. The Jubilee bracelet is currently fitted with three removable links and will comfortably fit a 7.25 inch wrist. The bracelet does contain a decent amount of stretch, and would rate it 65%. The Rolex features a glossy brown dial with applied yellow gold surround tritium coated hour markers, polished gold tritium hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The dial is clean and has been preserved well, however there are a few faint tears in the lume on the hour hand, which are barely visible without a loupe. The case has been preserved well and is fairly thick, while the bezel is slightly polished around the edges. The Jubilee bracelet presents well after a factory refinish, but does contain a decent amount of stretch, while the cornet on the clasp is slightly over polished.
Shall deliver with a 15 month in house warranty on the movement for $10,950 plus state tax where applicable.
