This is a very rare diving watch by the Swiss manufacturer Richard. The first generation model!
The timepiece shares the epsa case and the overall look&feel of the iconic Longines Nautilus watch, which is exceptionally large for the time (39.6mm) and the bakelite bezel is identical.
