For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 40mm stainless steel Rolex Submariner Date. The 16610 is a late F serial, circa 2004, and is fresh from RSC with a two year warranty on the work performed. While at factory service the Rolex received: a movement overhaul, a refinishing of the case and bracelet, a new bezel insert, and new hands. The Submariner is accompanied by an inner and outer box, an international guarantee card, and factory service records. The Rolex features a brushed steel case, which is accented by an unidirectional divers bezel that is set with a black insert. The Sub is mounted on its original solid end link brushed steel 93250 Oyster bracelet, which is secured by a safety lock deployant clasp. The 93250 bracelet is stamped with a “CL12” clasp code, which correlates with a production date of December 2004, meaning that the bracelet is likely original to the watch. The bracelet contains 11 full size Oysterlinks, plus two divers extension links, and will comfortably fit a 7.45 inch wrist. The Rolex features a black dial with applied polished 18 karat white gold surround luminous hour markers, polished white gold hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 16610LN is the Rolex calibre 3135 which features approximately 48 hours of power reserve, and is covered by a two year factory warranty. The case has been preserved well and presents beautifully after a light refinish at the recent factory service. The lugs are thick and even with crisp lines and sharp chamfers. The bracelet shows no signs of previous wear and contains virtually no stretch, would rate the stretch 95% plus. In addition, the cornett on the clasp is thick and crisp, and appears to be virtually untouched. Overall the Rolex is in near mint condition, and is a clean example of a no holes last generation 16610 Submariner.
