Offering this all original late 1960s all original Seamaster 300. Not your typical Frankenwatch Seamaster. This one has been worn and loved but also not totally trashed like some. The “flat 1” bezel is in excellent original condition. There is a tiny, hairline crack or scratch at the 43 mark. It’s so hairline I’m not really sure it’s a crack, may just be a scratch because there is no separation. It’s really minor, just mentioned for accuracy as these bezels are so susceptible to cracks. The dial and hands lume is all original. The seconds hand lume has fallen off, so that could be addressed but not a big deal. The dial is very nice, some light spotting visible at certain angles but overall very nice. The crystal has been replaced at some point but it’s a factory correct one with Omega logo. The case has typical marks but nothing too egregious and it’s never been polished as far as I can see. The band is a generic flat link bracelet purchased recently from Squinky which is a faithful recreation of the original which are hard to find. No service history on the 550 movement (for the American market) but it’s running fine, looks clean and is keeping good time. I’m sure there are nicer ones out there but if you’re looking for an honest all original survivor with just enough patina to look cool, this is a great piece. Plenty more pictures on request. Would love to find a nice home for this great watch. I am also on eBay and can sell using them but the price would reflect the eBay fees.
I’d prefer a US deal but will consider other countries on a case by case basis, with references.
NOTE TO SCAMMERS: please don’t waste my time or yours, I’ve heard them all. Waste your time elsewhere.
One time price reduction to $5900 net to me via PayPal. This is a bottom line price, if it doesn’t sell I’ll just hold onto it. This is really a GREAT price for this watch. I’m more than happy to speak to any prospective buyer on the phone, just email for my phone number.
