For sale an Omega Vintage Speedmaster Mark III SERVICED with box and original warranty papers. The watch was sold on August 25, 1973 in Vevey, Switzerland. The highlight of this attractive 1970's chronograph is the Cal. 1040 movement and the matt black dial with tritium lumed hands in virtually perfect condition.
Dial, crown, caseback, movement & folding clasp signed. Omega warranty papers and Omega box. All functions operate as they should.

MODEL / REFERENCE: Omega Speedmaster Mark III, Ref. 176.002. Serial number 34256xxx
DIAL+HANDS: The dial is in original and near mint condition. All printing is crisp. The date wheel is clean. The hour, minute and chronograph second hand retain the original tritium lume. When activated with UV light, the tritium hands glow briefly and then fade off. The inner tachymeter bezel is in mint condition. Please refer to the high-resolution pictures for reference.
CRYSTAL: Mineral glass with only minor surface scratches
MOVEMENT: Omega Cal. 1040 automatic movement in full working condition. 22 jewels, operating at 28800 bph. The chronograph starts, stops and resets to zero.
The date changes at midnight. The received movement a full service, runs strong and keeps good time.
CASE: 40 x 51 mm stainless steel case in unpolished condition, retaining the factory finish. It shows signs of use in line with the age of the watch. Please refer to the high-resolution pictures for reference.
CASEBACK: stainless steel factory engraved caseback in very good condition.
CROWN / PUSHERS: Original Omega signed crown and original pushers.
BRACELET: The watch comes on a brand new Omega 1162/172 bracelet.
ACCESSORIES: Original warranty papers from 1973, Omega signed box (outside golden, inside red), Leather watch roll.
WARRANTY: We guarantee the authenticity of the watch. We also provide 12 months guarantee for the correct function of this timepiece. All guarantees are subject to the General Terms and Conditions.
