FS: Universal Geneve Tri-Compax Vintage Chronograph ref 522100 *LINK*

The production of the Universal Geneve brand was, expecially during the 40s and 50s, enormous in terms of differente reference and variety of cases and dials design. Tricompax model makes no exception. This beautiful Tricompax ref 522100 represent just one of the half-a-scores produced by Ug between 40s and 60s. This specific model, made in 14Kt Gold, was made for US market (were was the rule to make gold watches in 14kt instead of 18kt as for the Europe).
This beautiful example of Universal Geneve Tricompax ref 522100 is distinguished by its amazing case, made in 14Kt Gold, preserved in pristine condition. Completely unpolished it presents a great gold oxidation on the lunette, the carrure (expecially between crown and pushers) and behind the lugs. The white dial comes in unmolested condition too, mint and without any defect. The size of this watch is 35mm without crown and pushers and this makes the watch perfect for almost anyone.
