Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
I have for sale a nice '70's Nicolet Watch Co. Diver/Chrono. The Face and Bezel are perfect as is the cushion style case. The back has some minor scratches where someone has removed it.
The movement is unknown, but the dial is marked "17 jewel shock resistant Swiss made" It is a manual wind keeping great time, only off about two minutes per week. All chrono functions work as they should and the orange sweep second hand zeros perfectly. It is a large watch measuring 44mm across not including the crown
The major flaw is that some dope drilled a small hole in the side of the crystal at three o'clock. You can barely pass a pin thru it, does not affect the watch funtions at all. It would be easy for a watchman to replace it
Comes on a nice soft IW aviator style strap, medium brown w/white stitching. Please e-mail for a pic.
I have seen these go for $400 plus on other watch sites. Asking $350 shipped or best offer. Paypal preferred without any fees.
