Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
Up for your consideration another Heuer, which I’m too lazy to have fixed.
Heuer Autavia Manual, Ref. 73663MH.
As to the condition of the watch: Dial is in good nick, some (minor) spot on the sub-registers. I assume that the hands are wrong (but do match the dial nicely), case is in good condition, no major dings or scratches (two case-opener marks on the caseback), bezel has some nicks and scratches (please refer to the pics), movement is in nice clean order and signed Heuer-Leonidas S.A. (same applies to the inner side of the caseback), ref. and serial numbers between the lugs and clearly visible. FLAWS: the chronograph stops after appr. 5 minutes, minutes counter does not reset to zero – hence, movement will have to be serviced. Glas has a minor crack (hardly visible) between 6’ and 7’o clock. Watch will come on a black (unworn) leather strap. All in all, an honest example of a vintage manual Autavia.
Price? I’m looking to get 1'750 USD wired (plus s+i), but I am open to reasonable offers. Lowballers will be politely ignored.
Plenty of references (ebay and various forums).
Watch and I are located in Switzerland.
Happy to entertain you questions.
Cheers,
Marco
