FS: vintage Girard-Perregaux "Olimpico" Valjoux 72 chronogr *PIC*

on offer is a FANTASTIC vintage Girard-Perregaux "Olimpico" chronograph. coming from the '60s, this watch features a man-sized 42mm stainless-steel case. inside is fitted the robust and proven valjoux 72 hand-wound chronograph movement with column-wheel switching. quadruple GP-signed watch (dial, crown, inside-caseback, movement).

starting in the mid '60s and continued thru the '90s girard-perregaux offered a line of watches called "Olimpico", ostensibly commemmorating the Olympic games. this particular piece is a less-common and IMO MUCH CLASSIER variant with a simple and clean dial sans the commonly available "Olimpico" branding.

this watch is comfortably in EXC+ condition, mechanically it is 100% perfect with all chronograph functions functioning properly and timekeeping within a few seconds/day. watch will come fitted with the pictured custom hand-made strap in thick textured brown buffalo with contrasting stitching. i'm offering this watch for $1750 shipping inclusive in CONUS, paypal OK, NUMEROUS FLAWLESS REFERENCES furnished on request -- i've been on TZ since before 2000!

check out the images to see this handsome piece for yourself!
