Re: WTB: PVD Pusher/Hands for Heuer Carrera 510.511

:Hiu Mark

Thanks for your advice re. Nick. David at Calibre11 recommended the same, and I hear you on the PVD'ing....nice strap on yours by the way, do you mind m,e asking where you sourced it ?

Best wishes

Hugo

Hi Hugo.

: Nice Carrera, not sure I would touch anything on it personally! I'd
: definitely shy away from re-PVDing the case and keep that
: original and just make the changes to the pusher and crown if
: you feel it needs them. The crown in particular has marginal PVD
: on these, they often end up brassing out:

:

: Great watches though!

: Try Nic Green at http://www.heuerboy.com/repairs.htm for the
: work, he's UK-based and has done PVD work in the past, as well
: as reluming.

: Good luck, Mark
