: I purchased one of these polishing kits from ebay, and I must say that I have been amazed at the results! What I really wanted was the polishing and rouge cloth, but thought I'd try out the micro paper more out of curiosity than anything else.

I started with a "beater" Seiko, and worked it over, and after getting used to the feel of the grit of the micro paper, and feeling comfortable with the results, I went to work on my SS Autavia, and eventually got up the nerve to use it on my solid 18KT gold Carrera. Amazing! Even my wife noticed the difference. All of my watches look brand new again!

It's also great on working out the scuffs and scratches on SS bracelets.

I've used it on about six different watches now, and I find that I get better at using it with each application, so I believe that a little bit of practice is the key to sucess.

I'd estimate that I've saved several hundreds of dollars, by not having to take my watches into my jeweler for what I consider to be minor touchups.
