Limited offer of $135 for rare 22mm Tropic type band in black rubber. This New Old Stock 22mm Tropic type strap has the small perforations and basket-weave finish with 22mm curved ends to fit the curve of the watch case perfectly. Nice, supple rubber nearly the same quality as the Swiss Tropics but at a fraction of the price.
This is the type of vintage band that came with Breitling models and other fine watches in the 1960s and 70s. The band is unsigned. Quality and thickness of the rubber is great. Strap measures a generous 7 7/8 inches placed end to end (20cm), not counting the buckle. Metric size is 125/75. Takes a 16mm buckle if you have a signed one for this strap. Thick strap is 4mm thick at the watch end. Large spring bar holes. Original vintage style stainless steel buckle. Single thick sliding strap keeper. Would look great on many watches. These have gotten quite difficult to find in 22mm size and the Swiss ones retail now for $325 at www.Squinky.com
