Hello,
Here is up for sale, one of the most collectible and rarest DOXA.
Collector will appreciate.
This is the DOXA sub 300 NO T professional orange dial.
Nothing less than the very first model issued in 1967, created and built according to Commandant Cousteau brief for his divers team
I could talk about it hours, but i'm sure that if you are interested in this watch you'll know the all story.
Let's talk the watch itself.
It comes fully original, crown signed, backcase with the sailing boat almost never polished, bezel still having its original colors black and orange nearly like new and clicking strongly.
Dial and hands are perfect with an awesome tritium patina matching as they should. Note the particularity of the second hand square which has no tritium on this version.
Date is jumping at midnight sharp.
Case has obviously few signs of usage but really nothing dramatic. There is only a very light scratch on the plexi around 4 o'clock barely visible.
And the bracelet!! a story in itself. Great grain of rice links! It is signed with the exact model name on the buckle (Doxa 300 sub) and has diving extension integrated in the last links on each side of the buckle. You can fit the strap at your wrist size once you wear it by pushing the little side button on the buckle... i told you a long story on its own!!
