Well this is a sad day but I am going to try and trim my personal collection back and this watch spends longer in the safe these days than it does on my wrist…..so it is time for someone else to enjoy owning a very rare Sinn.
I have owned this watch for over 5 years and it took me over a year to find it!
Normal Sinn 103 ST SA Chronographs are really beautiful watches.
They have a great size case at just under 42mm with some lovely details, strong fold over bracelets and clasp that wears really comfortable on the wrist, a cool convex saphire crystal clear case back that you can see the decorated Valjoux 7750 movement through and anti reflective coating on the front crystal so that you can always see that German day/date wheel clearly! Add to that water resistance to 200m and you have a beautifully engineered piece that is rightly extremely popular with watch enthusiasts.
Now what makes this watch extremely rare is that it is a limited edition version with a white dial and white sub dials.
I’ve never seen another one in the flesh and have only ever seen pictures on the internet of one other with another collector. It is fair to say that the odds of you ever coming across another person wearing this watch are pretty much zero!
