FS: FAVRE LEUBA BATHY 160

Here's a grail for dive watch fans: The 1960s Favre Leuba Bathy 160 in blue.

This behemoth is a solid block of steel and cool. Asking $5950 OBO. email me: paulweingarten@sbcglobal.net for photographs.

Check out the minty deep ocean blue bull's eye dial, with the red depth gauge, designed to register depths up to 160 feet...the submarine shaped minute hand...amazing.

This beast is not for the faint of wrist: 43mm across, excluding the unsigned crown, by 48mm from lug to lug. A few minor scratches and dings throughout, nothing major, nothing to detract from the immense appeal of this classic.

The blue bezel clicks with each turn, either way. The manual wind movement keeps excellent time.

Comes on a Favre Leuba signed stainless steel band that will fit a 7.5 inch wrist.

Can you live without this? You cannot.
