Please see our ChronoTrader Policies and Terms of Use. Learn more about How To Include Photos In Your Postings.

Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Hamilton Pan-Europ Chrono-Matic 703

Steel case, 42 mm, 20 mm lugs. The case has seen better days, it has probably been brushed and polished a couple of times in its 40+ years. The wear is most obvious on the right hand side between the pushers but I think the watch looks better on the wrist than in the detailed photos. The acrylic crystal is in good condition, the blue bezel has faded.

Movement - cal 11 automatic chronograph. The watch is running fine, keeping time, date shifts. Chronograph hands all start, stop and reset properly, altough the sweep second hand resets slightly to the right of zero as visible in photos below. The movement was serviced in 2013 according to previous owner but unfortunately there are no papers to prove this, however it has been working perfectly for me for the last 9 months.

Dial and hands are in good condition but not perfect, there are a couple of very small spots of lost paint at 1 and 11 o’clock and on the sweep second hand.

The Hamilton box and 16 mm buckle are included but I want to keep the blue Giuliano strap.

Price 1250 Euro, or nearest offer. The watch is in EU, worldwide shipping possible. Several references from this forum are available.

The Hamilton Pan-Europ is featured both in OTD and Hodinkee:
