As per the title, for sale is my beautiful Breitling Chrono-matic calibre 11. It is reference 2110 and is the much rarer white dialled version with applied indices, and the dial has developed a wonderfully subtle golden hue over the years. The watch is all original and in excellent condition with only a few minor light swirlies in the polished case. There are no nasty dents or dings. The bezel has faded naturally and evenly to complete the perfect vintage look. The watch is signed on the dial, case-back, and crown. The serial number is 11266...which dates it firmly to 1969.
It measures 39mm excluding crown with 18mm lugs. It is approximately 13mm high an wears beautifully.
As most will know, the calibre 11 was the world's first automatic chronograph movement and also graced such iconic watches as the Heuer Monaco and Autavia. Here is a link to an article that gives more info on the calibre 11 development..
