Hi all..
Up for sale is my 3646 MH, serial 88529
Here is an honest condition report..
With a little TLC, it could be very nice, but I’ve left it as original as possible.
It’s keeping good time, and the chronograph all works as it should. Service history unknown. Movement is clean and correct, all signed etc.
Case is nice and sharp, in seemingly unpolished condition. Various light scratches etc from use. Couple of tiny dings here and there, but nothing notable.
The upper pusher has heavy wear on the lower edge - see last pic. (I was going to replace it with an identical off-the-shelf pusher, but decided to keep it original).
The lume was missing from most of the batons, so I had re-lume master James Hyman relume them in vintage tones.
Bezel has a slight ‘flat-spot’ (from an impact at some point I presume) at the 45 minute marker. Bezel is also fairly loose, I think the retaining wire needs ‘tweaking’ - I’ve seen this before, and a little bending here and there will get it tight again. Bezel has the usually inner wear.
That’s about it - if you have any other questions, fire away.
Looking for offers around £3k GBP. Bank Transfer preferred.
I reserve the right to review offers over a few days.
If I don't know you, please don't be offended if I seek references.
Pics below taken on my phone today, without any editing or filters etc.
Thanks
Stewart
