Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. 1950’s Universal Tri Compax, cal 481. Lovely dagger hands, full calendar, chronograph function. Manual wind. Case size is 35mm, wears larger and has a good deal of presence on the wrist as the case is quite deep to house the cal 481. Chronograph and calendar functions operate as they should and the watch is in good mechanical order. I purchased it from a reputable dealer in February of this year. I haven’t timed it, keeps time well, slightly fast, but nothing out of the ordinary for a 65 year old UG.
The dial has some patina, in a good way, in my opinion (and this is often the case with these old UG’s).
Comes on plain black leather strap.
Looking for GBP £2,495, including insured FedEx delivery.
