Hi all
I'm selling my Fortis Stratoliner 571.10.142, with the bulletproof Lemania 5100 movement. From circa 1988.
Comes with original Box and original signed leather strap and Fortis buckle. Case is 38mm excluding crown, with drilled 20mm lugs.
Overall in great all round condition, there are a few scratches on the crystal. I have replaced the central hands with a Sinn handset - as I think they are much better looking that the factory 'paddle' hands. The original handset will be included.
There is a write-up, with pics on my blog here (There is also a pic of the watch with it's original hands at the bottom of the post): https://heuerville.wordpress.com/2015/07/25/fortis-stratoliner-571-10-142/
Looking for £1100 GBP ONO via Bank Transfer
Please don't be offended if I seek references!
Here are some untouched phone pics I took today:
And here is a pic from a Fortis book that Jon from Page & Cooper kindly sent me...
(Please note the model picture in the book isn't identical to mine, as it has arabic numerals)
Thanks
Stewart
