It's not a reflection issue, that's for sure!
Original Seiko Monaco hands for that model should look like these (pic of my previously unworn example):
The replacement dial of the Bullhead can be quite easily spotted: The "TACHYMETER" imprint on the dial is too high, the original does not reach the upper edge of the "60" imprint. Just because there's so many replica dials shown out there in the WWW doesn't make them original. The original bezel should be black not polished. And as regards the case polishing you "did mention" in your sales ad: Well, that is your interpretation of your vague original phrase.
I really don't want to offend you but sellers asking for ambitious prices should also deliver ambitious descriptions of their watches offered. Anyway, that's just my two cents.
Kind regards,
F.Antl
: Hi,
: I don't know what makes you think that the Seiko Monaco has
: replacement hands and/or they have been relumed. Same goes for
: your comment on the Citizen Bullhead's dial. You might be seeing
: something that's not there. I took the pics right beside a
: window with slatted blinds, which might have caused weird
: reflections. If you compare the two to other examples online,
: they are practically the same. I did mention the polishing on
: the Citizen.
