Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]

: It's been a long time since I had one of these to offer. This is
: the exact band the NASA astronauts in the 1960s are shown
: wearing on their Omega Speedmasters. There are many photographs
: online showing them wearing this JB Champion USA band. The Imai
: book A Time Capsule shows this band still on astronaut watches
: displaced in the Smithsonian museum. If you are an Omega
: Speedmaster collector, you know how rare these are to find as
: New Old Stock. Made by JB Champion, this one is also stamped
: Made in the USA (others are not). This band was in a plastic
: sleeve when I received it, and is mint untouched. In the
: earliest 1960s packaging style I have seen (they later came in
: plastic boxes). This one has the most desirable horn-shaped,
: spring-loaded ends in 19mm to fit the early Speedmasters. This
: model is also often worn on 20mm lugs later Speedmasters as well
: because this 19mm version was the widest made.
: Price is $1,095 plus shipping costs to your destination. This will
: not last long. Email me at billmahoney@aol.com to make the
: purchase. Many pictures follow.
: Thanks - Bill Mahoney
