Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
This was bought earlier this year, but I find the 36mm size just a little too small and therefore it isn't getting any wrist time. If you are happy with the size then this is a great watch from the 1940s. The black dial with gold text is in fantastic original condition, and the yellow gold-plated case is pretty good for its age. The watch functions fine but it could definitely do with a clean and service. Over 24 hours it gains around 15-20 seconds, and also the pushers for advancing the month and date are a bit sticky and slow to spring out after being depressed. There is also some white paint loss from the tip of the date indicator. Please look at all the photos to get a better idea of condition, and if you have any questions then just ask !
These Movado Calendographs seem much more common in the smaller sizes (32-34mm), and also more common with white dials, so this is something of a rarity. Comes with original box (and a cheap black leather strap and buckle that you may want to upgrade). Pictures are here...

Asking Price:
1350 euros
Shipping:
Shipping will be added at cost price, which of course depends on destination country.
Shipping Country:
The watch will ship out of Germany
Payment:
Bank transfer or Paypal. I am normally quite strict that Paypal payments should be friends and family as otherwise fraudulent reversals are too easy. As a relative newbie here, I will accept standard Paypal payments from buyers with reasonable forum post counts and/or positive feedback as a buyer. The fees haven't been factored into the price though, so for standard payments 4% must be added to the total.
