If I'm not mistaken it looks like a movement from '69, nothing wrong there. My -74 has a 29Mil movement from '69 and it had one owner from new who assured me it never changed it. I've read that since Omega introduced the 861 in '69, it is not rare at all to see some assembled in more modern cases. I could be wrong, but everything seems legit here!
