Hi,
It is reluctantly that I put this one up for sale. It dates to about 1968.
I searched long and hard for this. It is the rarest dial combination - silver with black / grey subdials, applied baton markers. Tachymeter scale. The dial is in beautiful condition, near flawless. 90% or better.
The case is almost perfect for a nearly 40 year old watch - sharp edges, case grind on face really nice. Many of these are over-polished but not this one.
Movement is the Valjoux 72 Manual wind that needs no introduction. All functions work fine.
Only the strap is a replacement - correct period type with signed Heuer buckle.
I have not seen a better one.
Asking AUS $3500 (about 1600 GBP, $3200 USD or 2200 Euro). Paypal fine, I'll get fees, shipping at actual cost.
