FS: Vintage Audemars Piguet White Gold Jump Hour - 1920's

Audemars Piguet White Gold Jump Hour

Offered here is an exceptional opportunity to acquire an exceedingly rare white gold vintage Audemars Piguet Jump Hour from the early 1920's.

This triple signed watch is in wonderful original condition.

CASE : The condition of the 25mm X 36mm white gold case with snap on back is incredible considering its age, never over polished it retains its original case contours and is truly beautiful. Worth noting also that the crown is original to the watch, a small but meaningful detail.

DIAL : The silvered dial with blue enamel numerals is quite beautiful and well balanced. At some time the dial was likely cleaned and today presents very well, showing only faints signs of age. The dial is curved slightly in each of the corners

MOVEMENT : Cal. 10”’ HPWM nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation. The watch is running and functions well.

This is very collectable and highly desirable Audemars Piguet jump hour, rarely available. Most recently, Sotheby’s sold a similar white gold AP Jump Hour in Geneva with a very rough condition dial for CHF24k.
