Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
Hi Chronotrader readers!
I'm selling one of my pre-TAG Heuer chronographs with the rare Quartz/Mechanical Dubois Depraz movements. It's missing the date magnifier as the module I used to build it was from another watch and had a slight variation that didn't allow my magnifiers to fit properly. It ticks once a second because it has a newer replaced stator and circuit board.
If you don't like my strap choice (which I personally think really "pops" on this watch) I have other new straps that I can install.
There is some damage to the screwdown crown, but it has a brand new gasket installed and the watch passed a 100 Meter pressure test fine. The case and crystal are in excellent cosmetic shape, but there is some wear to the black on the bezel where it should say "Heuer 2000" and is worn on some of the studs (see pictures for all condition details) and there is some rust on the stem which has been on there for years and doesn't effect anything (I just wanted to add that for full disclosure).
Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.
I prefer paypal or bitcoin and am looking to get about $540, including fees and Shipping to the US, and I'm also willing to ship worldwide, just contact me for a price quote to your country. I have sold a few items here and I sell many things on eBay as user 'lvlinux'
This is a rare model, so don't miss this chance to own one in good condition and working order. Let me know if you have something to trade.
Thanks for looking, and Have a blessed day!
Thanks to Jeff and CT for the space!!!
