FS: TAG HEUER 200m SPIROTECHNIQUE PRO DIVE WATCH ca 1987.

For sale is my Tag Heuer 200m Professional dive watch from circa 1987 with the rare SPIROTECHNIQUE dial linking it to Jaques Costeau’s La Spirotechnique organisation. This watch is also notable for being one of the rare transitional models from when TAG merged with Heuer and many of the watches shared parts - this one retains the signed Heuer crown whilst the dial and case back are noted Tag Heuer.

The watch is in Near Mint condition and totally original and unrestored from the beautifully patinated hour indices and Mercedes hands through to the original divers fliplock bracelet.

The movement is Tag Heuer, 17 Jewel, Automatic, caliber 1.88. and is in good condition and running well. I had new seals fitted and the watch pressure tested a year ago

At 41.5x47mm (not counting the crown) it’s an impressive watch and wears similar on the wrist to a Rolex Sub.

A beautiful example of a classic and collectible dive watch that is rarely found in this condition.

Asking £500/$990 shipped insured worldwide.

I prefer money transfer in UK sterling to my UK bank account but will accept Paypal (+4% please).

I will provide plenty of references on request and will respectfully ask for the same.

Thanks for looking. More pictures available here...
