Vintage 1960s JB Champion bracelet -- the type of sliding clasp JB band originally worn on early Omega Speedmaster models and made famous by the NASA astronauts wearing JB Champion bands on their Speedmasters. This one is New Old Stock in its box, never used! Absolutely pristine with a stunning high polish. Straight spring-loaded 19mm ends - the perfect size for the earlier no-crown guard Omega Pre-Pro Speedmaster models. Also looks great on a 20mm lug size later Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch.
Signed "JB Champion Stainless Steel" on the back of the clasp and has the JB initials on the side of the clasp. American-made JB Champion bracelets are sought after because they were worn on early Omega Speedmaster 321 models by astronauts - made famous by Richard Gordon and other NASA officials on pre-Moon Speedmaster models in the 1960s as shown in many early NASA photos. Many more pictures available if you email me.
The design of this bracelet is so classic it will suit many different Jaeger Lecoultre Longines IWC or other high-end watches. You can move it from watch to watch in your collection because the spring ends close down to as narrow as 16mm or as wide as 19mm. Lined with fine inner mesh, this bracelet is incredibly well-contructed and very comfortable to wear. If you have a big wrist, this will open up to as much as 8 1/2 inches, but it adjusts down to be open as little as 5 1/4 inches for smaller wrists.
Price is $299. Also one available with curved 19mm ends. I will consider interesting trades for one of these bands, too.
I have many other NOS watch bracelets for sale including American-made vintage bracelets by J.B. Champion Forstner Kreisler Kestenmade and Swiss NOS bracelets made by NSA or Novavit.
