The Autavia was the timepiece of choice for many famous
: Grand Prix drivers of the 1960s and 70s.
: Amongst them was Jo Siffert, the Swiss double Formula 1 Grand Prix
: champion who used to wear an Autavia 1163 with tachymeter scale,
: white dial with black registers, date and blue seconds
: chronograph hand, explaining the nickname.

: Here for your consideration a very well preserved stunning early
: model, from first owner, full set, still with Red sticker on
: back case with automatic winding movement dated 1970´s has the
: reference 1163T and cal. Heuer / Buren 11i and it’s a MK3
: execution of this model.

: This watch has been on a safe for many many years with not much
: use.

: Beautiful clean white dial with creamy patina and beautifull
: polished steel hands , all original Tritium, with two black
: subdials and date indicator on 6 o´clock and blue chrono hand.

: Beautifull mint case seems to me unpolished though signs of wear of
: course with Mint Tachymeter bezel, equipped with a beautifull
: Gay Frères bracelet dated 2/1970.

: Dial & Hands with Original creamy Tritium Lume matching in
: colour still glowing a bit under UV light.

: Both Serial 202xxx and Reference are clearly visible engraved
: between lugs .

: Movement was fully serviced as the watch was on safe for many many
: years and works accurate as well as chrono functions.
