: Shown below is a very early Rolex one button chronograph in
: excellent condition. The dial and movement are marked Marconi,
: an early Rolex brand. This brand name is listed under Rolex in
: Katherine Pritchard's book number 2. The case is marked
: R.W.C.Ltd., a common marking by rolex in the early years
: standing for "Rolex Watch Company, Limited. the case
: diameter is ~32.26 mm, excluding the crown. The rotating,
: knurled bezel turns an inner 1-60 ring. The middle case and
: bezel are, I believe, made of nickel and the case back is
: stainless steel. The watch is running strongly and keeping good
: time. The chronograph functions flawlessly and snaps sharply
: back to zero upon reset. The dial is equipped with a parallax
: avoiding reflecting ring.
