Please see our ChronoTrader Policies and Terms of Use. Learn more about How To Include Photos In Your Postings.

Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. FSOT: 7T59 (world's 1st chrono w. 1/100 sec. precision), LE, $599 *PIC*

The 7T59 is scarce in general, having only been made 1991-1993. The 7T59 is noteworthy for being the world's first 1/100 sec. chronograph--in fact, according to http://www.bobthayerjr.com/wb5apd/7t59a.html, it also the only analog 1/100 chrono watch ever with 12-hour register. The watch also features a GMT dial, separate setting of the hour hand, and a crown guard. This particular watch is a limited edition called "The Masterpiece", #1540 out of 2500, and has a truly amazing caseback logo.

The watch is in near-mint condition (97%) and everything works correctly. Immaculate except for a couple of tiny marks around the edge of the case and on the crown guard. Sapphire crystal has no blemishes. Original Seiko leather strap. This is in good condition, but has clearly been worn, with some curvature, and a crease near the hole where the previous owner (one of our favorite 7T59 collectors) must have used it. Date wheel is German only. Watch is rated to 15 Bar. Lume is still decent, although it's very faint by morning.

Comes with instruction manual. Watch is located in the US. Price of US$599 includes insured express shipping worldwide; paypal preferred. Questions or paypal to kskadron \ATT gmail \DOTT com. PLEASE USE THIS GMAIL ADDRESS! (Not the .edu address in the message header)

Interested in trades for mechanical chronos, esp. Bulova, Wittnauer, Gallet, Racine, Jardur, and Selectron.
