Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
Reluctantly, I'm putting my Vacheron Traditionnelle Small Seconds up for sale. It's the 18K rose gold reference 82172/000R-9382 with the gorgeous manual wind caliber 4400AS. The size is 38mm although it wears like a 39 or 40mm watch due to the large dial and thin bezel. Stunning/mint condition as it was previously purchased from Drster (Mark Tannenbaum) and worn by me only very carefully on dressy occasions. This watch bears the prestigious Geneva Seal and the finishing is stunning. There are some extremely (and I mean EXTREMELY) fine hairlines on the case and buckle tang which are barely visible. Nothing which wouldn't polish out with a very light touch-up (which certainly isn't required at this early point in the watch's life).

Truly a "no issues" timepiece and comes with all boxes, papers, VC USB stick, hang tags, origin certificate, etc. The manufacturer warranty runs until November 2018, which gives you an accurate picture of the age of the watch. The included strap is the original dark brown VC strap with plenty of life.
I'm located in San Diego, CA and would welcome a local transaction. A U.S. sale is strongly preferred but would consider an international sale to a reliable purchaser. Please feel free to check my references here and in the wine buying/selling world (on Wineberserkers Commerce Corner). I'll also gladly provide an updated picture and set up a call to discuss the watch in person. I want to ensure you have no concerns about the quality of the watch and my bona fides before we transact.
My price is $13,500 which includes U.S. shipping. Payment via wire transfer or cash in person. I'll consider PayPal if you have excellent references.
