The Heuer Skipper can be seen in a handful of variants over a spread of decades but resides as a very low production Heuer chronograph model within the Heuer timepiece lineup. Heuer acquired cases from other models for the Skipper since not many were produced. The original "Skippererra" used a Carrera case, and then the compressor-style straight lug Autavia cases were implemented. The last versions of the Heuer Skipper received the cushion shaped Autavia case. What's even more fantastic about the version we are featuring here at Craft & Tailored is that this specific Heuer Autavia Skipper features a black glossy dial instead of the more commonly seen blue dial Heuer Skipper Autavia's

CASE & BRACELET
The original case has been previously polished but is in overall outstanding condition showing minor wear from age and general use. The original rotating tachymeter bezel shows little wear and has taken on a slight fade. The Heuer signed crown and pump pushers are original to the watch and also remain in original condition.
DIAL & HANDS
The original dial is in excellent original condition. The original handset is in excellent condition with matching patina.
ACCESSORIES
None. The watch is running at Cosc spec, previous service history is unknown.
