FS: Heuer Skipper ref. 15630
CASE & CASEBACK: Very solid 3-piece steel case with pressure fit steel bezel and screw in case back measures 40 mm wide not including crown x app. 47 mm long x app. 15 mm high. There are only minor marks from wear and a few minor scratches. The lugs show minor wear and are very thick. The case back has minor marks from wear. I think the watch was never polished. Both serial (291.xxx) and reference 15630 are crisp and visible with the bare eye.
Overall very good vintage condition. The bezel looks very good with mostly minor scratches and has a dark grey, blueish metal-like colour. Excellent condition, turns freely. The outer back is, as expected, unmarked. The original polish is still very well visible.
DIAL & HANDS: Extremely nice and original dark blue dial with beautiful silver coloured raised markers with puffy and intact lume. All original dial text (Heuer, Skipper & Automatic Chronograph) in white is crisp and legible. Date at 6 o’clock with above: swiss. Hands in nice vintage condition. Sub dial at 3 o’clock with red, white and blue colours. The seconds hands is bright orange.
