Hi guys. I recently found another lovely Zenith that went immediately into my collection, so now I have two of these gems. So basically now one could leave my collection.
This ref is definitely one of the best 60's steel chronos ever made, in my humble opinion. Pure class and minimalism, and still so damn underrated (compared with other watches of the same decade)!
Anyway, let's speak about this lovely Zenith A273 I am putting for sale:
Case: Stainless steel case size is 37mm. It may have had a super light polish in the past (maybe not as the star on the caseback is perfect). Lug size is 19mm
Dial: I'd say perfect, not a single scratch or oxidation signs nor stains except for a little sign in the upper part of it. Damn clean dial, with perfect radial white paint on it.
Hands: they are perfect, including sub register blue hands.
Crown: Original and period correct (super hard to find!).
Movement is a 146HP serviced exactly 1 year ago. it is an in-house (Pont de Martel) hand wounded movement, very nice and reliable. This calibre is in perfect shape. Watch runs strongly, chronometer functions are perfect.
Bracelets: not included in the sale.
My price for it is 4500€ shipped everywhere. A personal pickup is always welcome, me and watches are located in Italy. Lots of references to provide if needed.
Thanks guy, thanks Jeff for the space.
