For Sale is a Wittnauer Professional Chronograph, model 7004A. The watch is powered by a Landeron 248 / Wittnauer 14Y movement with a 41 hour power reserve and two subdials. Item is good unpolished used condition, TZ Rated conservatively at 82%, with some spots of case, bezel and pusher wear and a clear acrylic crystal. Underwent a full movement overhaul two weeks ago which included ultrasonic cleaning and polishing of individual parts, cleaning and lubrication of movement and regulation. Currently timing at about +2/s a day. Hands are all original with full tritium lume present. A fantastic condition black dial with a slight fading red countdown marker on the minutes subdial and all original hour indices lume. All text is clear, sharp and present. Bezel is in fantastic shape, with sharp edges, a deep wine-colored finish and surface marks but no deep scratches. Chronograph functions work perfectly, with solid pusher operation and zero resetting. Original Wittnauer crown and pushers. Comes with a high quality racing / rallye style brown leather strap.
