FS: Rolex Submariner 5512 Maxi Mk1 MKI 1978 egg shell patina

Hi all,

On sale today is a pretty uncommon Maxi dial mki, 5512.

If you know what this is, you will know that MKI Maxi 5512 are hard to come by, especially in pristine condition.
Watch case is lightly polished many years ago but lugs remains fat, honest, with distinct clear thick chamfers.
Watch maxi lume plots looks perfectly intact, no chip off, and all looks as good as it left factory, with a deeper patina currently. Black dial has slight consistent grainy texture but no blemishes.
Hands set matched in color as well, and dial & hands do not glow at all like it should for this period.

Watch insert has the correct period MKIII fat font. Very clean and Nearly kissing 40. :-)

Watch keeps great time, within +2 seconds a day, high amplitude above 270 and watch seems waterproofed (not recommended for swim unless pressure check!) as it was been washed under the running tap with no issue.
