FS: 1960s Mathey Tissot rose gold chronograph with Valjoux 23 *LINK*

Up for sale, a rare and very desirable Mathey-Tissot chronograph in rose gold, Valjoux 23, in top conditon.

More about it here:

If Mathey-Tissot made movements are not rare, as this manufacture has been producing movement for the most prestigious brands for more than a century, Mathey-Tissot watches come less often to the market, as being produced in small batches. Due to the high expertise of the Mathey-Tissot family and employees, these watches are always perfectly finished, being, as such, highly collectible.

This exquisite chronograph, built around a superb and signed Valjoux 23, is the perfect classy-yet-slightly-sporty dress watch. Its 35mm rose gold case is extremely elegant, while its creamy dial shows enough simplicity to be worn tucked under a crisp white shirt. Finally, the blued chronograph hands add the touch of sophistication which makes this watch a killer. As simple as it sounds.

Brand: Mathey-Tissot
Year: Circa 1950
Case material: 18kt rose gold
Movement: Manual, Valjoux 23
Diameter: 35mm

Overall condition is excellent. Dial is in mint condition, with a nice creamy tone. Blue hands are perfect. Case is also close to perfect and shows almost no aging marks. crown and pushers are as they should be out of the factory. Movement has been serviced and runs perfectly. The watch comes on a brown crocodile strap.

I am asking 2800€ for this beauty. The watch is in France.
